We have used Advertising Performed, Inc to help promote and drive traffic to several locations around the Tampa Bay area. We stationed the Sign Spinners in front of our communities and at major intersections by our communities to get noticed and draw in traffic. Since the housing market has changed, it is important to stand out from our competitors, and by using the Sign Spinners we absolutely did. We did a five month campaign with the Sign Spinners coming out on weekends to different locations and were very pleased with the results. I am a manager at a brand new apartment home community and as everyone knows right now the economy is in a state of distress that affects almost every business in one way or another. The goals and pressure of leasing apartments in order to increase income as well as occupancy is at an all time high. I have been searching for all different ways to get traffic in the door. I have put out balloons and bandit signs and banners only to have them all taken down by code enforcement..
So I decided to try one of those companies that I keep seeing street side holding the signs on the weekend near my house. Through word of mouth I was referred to Advertising Performed Inc and gave them a try. I have to say that I was impressed! We were so busy that weekend and actually captured 5 leases which was more than we have ever attained in a weekend to date! Now that the busy season for apartment rentals is coming I definitely plan to take advantage of the art of human directionals through Advertising Performed again. I ran the idea past my code enforcement officer and he actually recommends the use of human directionals so I have pushed the idea to my company with the hopes of making room in the budget for several weekends throughout the rest of the year.I am not the type of person to write a letter like this but I believe that Jo cares about helping out other businesses and through this his will surely grow as well!

Advertising Performed has been such an attention grabber that people will call just to tell us what a great job we are doing and that the Performer put a smile on their face. It has tremendously helped bring in a lot of traffic to the office which has allowed us to make sales and sign leases. Not only are we leasing out apartments, we are selling condominiums due to the traffic that the Performer's are bringing in.
